Provide helpdesk support and assistance to resolve IT related issues
Responsible in the issuance and managing of IT resources and required access (ie. door access, email, AMS, etc)

Liaise with IT vendors to install, configure and update new hardware and software, including new infrastructure set up and/or for the routine audits and backups of the systems and software.
Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products.
