You are responsible for:

To succeed in this role, you should have the following:

More than 8 years end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably having started your career in agency and having already transitioned in to an in-house role

Knowledge of recruiting systems , job posting technology, social media tools / trends and recruiting channels preferred

Exposure to recruiting in other markets within Asean Pacific, will be advantageous

Interest / experience in broader Talent Acquisition / HR projects

Exceptional customer service mindset, attention to detail, good prioritization skills

Strong commercial acumen and consulting skills with the ability to engage and influence

Clear and concise in both oral and written communication

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Bachelor’s Degree in medical imaging or a medical related field or IT

Over 5 years related experience in the Health Informatics and channel management is preferred. (Knowledge of PACS, Cardiology Informatics, Advanced Visualization Portfolio).

- To serve as a centralized knowledge hub for the Organization with regards to data and trends on an ad-hoc basis throughout the year, providing insightful data and strategic analysis through secondary, primary and internal research sources for various business purposes, including:

Strategic analysis for Champion Proposition potential including Source of Business & Size of prize calculations for the next 7 years

Centre of Excellence / Training for the PH APAC Marketing team with regards to the latest and best Market Research methodologies

Analysis and preparation for Key Market Visits by Regional / Global Leadership Management Teams

Data for videographics for customer event

Data for strategic deep dives and SPOR

Economic data from EIU, product industry data from Market Research Agency (including No. 1 claims), all other data from secondary sources such as Google, social media, Statista, Wearesocial.

More than 8 years end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably having started your career in agency and having already transitioned in to an in-house role

Knowledge of recruiting systems , job posting technology, social media tools / trends and recruiting channels preferred

Exposure to recruiting in other markets within Asean Pacific, will be advantageous

Interest / experience in broader Talent Acquisition / HR projects

Exceptional customer service mindset, attention to detail, good prioritization skills

Strong commercial acumen and consulting skills with the ability to engage and influence

Clear and concise in both oral and written communication

An appetite for continuous improvement
