o Proposals & Estimation: Prioritisation, quality, OTD, estimation support, etc.


o Finance: MOR, Collections, Orders policy.


· Support Solutions Sales Specialists including development of portfolio business plans, pipeline growth tracking, sales enablers and marketing engagement, and demand generation.


· Opportunity identification and realisation through crew mix, change orders, +ve EAC’s and contingent workforce model.


· Engagement with key client accounts and net promotion from project and support services.


· Bachelor Degree in Control Engineering/Chemical Engineering


· More than 7 years of relevant experience in designing/implementing multivariable model predictive control technology and online optimization such as Profit Controller/Optimizer, DMCPlus and EXASMOC.


· Sales consulting and technical management experience will be advantageous.


· Experience in refinery /petrochemical /chemical / minerals processes and equipment.


· Some experience with Distributed Control Systems and Plant Logic.
