Requirements:

Degree in Business, Chemical, Operations, Materials Science or Engineering Field

5 to 8 years of relevant sales experience in either Armor, Chemical or Defense and Space industries

Able to communicate in Mandarin due to the need to liaise with Business Partners from China and Taiwan

Strong business acumen and results-oriented

Comfortable with frequent travelling (50 to 70%)

Experience in developing partnerships with peers in other regions

Ability to move between tactical and strategic approaches

Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization

Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment

Increase overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within your organization. Develop and maximize Honeywell presence and market share in designated accounts and territory; Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Sales Organization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

· Execute a business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of sales, gross margin and profitability goals, in line with PPRs five-year strategic plan (STRAP) for Singapore market.

· Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to ensure continuous growth of business through existing Key Enterprise Accounts / Markets and develop new Enterprise Accounts, Channel Partners and vertical markets.

· Achieve monthly/quarterly and annual sales targets, as set in the individual Annual Sales Plan and LOB targets

· Understand strategic direction of assigned enterprise accounts and develop SPS sales strategy to meet long-term account needs.

· Develop high-level relationships within enterprise accounts to ensure PPRs opportunity to win largest deals.

· Orchestrate other SPS resources to meet customer needs and maximize sales effectiveness.

· Coordinate the sales process among partners, PPRs direct and/or global sales organizations, and end-user prospects

· Establish PPR as the preferred vendor.

· Achieve enterprise revenue objectives for assigned enterprise account(s).

· Build relationships with existing PPR Partners and develop new partnering opportunities.

· Achieve objectives by engaging targeted strategic partners, identifying PPR solutions, selling and closing complex partnerships, and negotiating contracts

· Provide timely management reports on sales efforts and revenue forecasts

· Coordinate closely with marketing on GTM strategies including partner enablement, seminars and events to drive additional growth for the market.

YOU MUST HAVE:

· Possess a University degree, preferably in business or technology

· At least 5 years sales experience (IT product, technology, consulting, networking, automation)

· Proven ability to meet and exceed performance expectations

· Knowledge of Information Technology, AIDC and RFID technology preferred

· Strong management and organization skills

· Proven communication skills to maintain relationships with all levels within an account

· Demonstrated ability and maturity to interact with both internal/external senior level

· Understanding of the commercial and technological motivation of customer to sell SPS products and Solution.

· Approachable with strong interpersonal skills in attending to customers needs

· Outgoing and gregarious but can work effectively alone and pull together as part of a team when required

· Able to identify and understand overall market dynamics and competitive landscape

· Direct Enterprise Sales is major focus & working with key channel partners to deliver positive results.

· Able to work independently to deliver key financial target metrics.

· Willingness to travel regularly
