RESPONSIBILITIES

In close partnership with the Gaming sales organization, lead an integrated marketing strategy that drives activation of Facebook marketing clients and prospects for large global and local gaming brands in the market

Drive the creation of world-class marketing communications, messaging strategy, marketing content and campaigns for all Facebook marketing products addressing the China gaming advertiser audience

Partner with global and cross-functional counterparts to drive and deliver scalable marketing programs

Measure the impact of marketing programs and ROI

Manage a program calendar/roadmap and communicate to all stakeholders

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of professional experience

Demonstrated capacity for developing marketing strategies in Gaming, Internet and/or advertising environment

Fluency in business-level Mandarin is essential

Deep understanding of the marketing / advertising industry in mainland China

Strong executive presence and a track record of working well in cross functional teams

Proven track record of "moving fast" and delivering on tight deadlines

Strong interest for gaming and/or experience in the gaming industry is a plus

Experience working with diverse global brands is a plus

Drive the strategy and plan to leverage Facebook Creative PlatformPartners to scale adoption of mobile first creatives and deliver businessimpact to clients and agencies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
