This role is part of the

team that will lead brand engagement for the brand globally and will focus on

social media management and content development, creating always on

communication for the brand including passions content, needs content,

influencer campaigns and media partnerships.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The successful candidate will be primarily

responsible to step up the brands

‘always on’ passions seek-out content output in terms of quality and quantity

as well as building a best-in-class social media footprint delivering

significant engaged reach.

Key Responsibilities:

Own brand Digital always on content

calendar and work across GBC to execute, establishing content strategy and

tools and processes for effective deployment

Develops Digital content independently

or working with partners as necessary. Utilizes technology to enhance

speed, impact and scale of content development.

Builds the mechanism and processes for

fast, reactive and culturally relevant content to ensure the brand is

current and topical.

Responsible for CLEAR social media

presence and develops the brands’ social media and influencer

strategies

Develops and leads community

management framework globally.

Sets up tracking and reporting to

create visibility and learnings of key metrics and instigate a continuous optimization

loop

Determine and lead of social media

pilots (new features, social commerce etc).

Supports Digital Manager on global

influencer and partnership strategy, including maximization of impact of

macro influencers and passion point program and content. Guide markets in

local partnerships.

Manages all social listening with PDC

and becomes a source of cultural insight and continuous feedback to the

wider team

Is responsible for collecting and

managing UGC

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED:

This individual will use his or her product management experience and international experience to drive execution of new-to-market consumer products. This role focuses on innovation and new product development Planning for Unilever International Americas, focusing on the north American region launching personal care, home care and foods products. The Assistant Innovation Planning Manager will help develop the ways of working and capabilities for both UAPL and UASCC transactions.

Who You Are & What You’ll Do

This Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing key stakeholders across the business and across all work levels. He/She will work closely with the Central Singapore Innovation Team as well as the respective Unilever International Hubs. He/She will work closely with the North America Business Development Managers and Marketing Teams to deliver the NPD plan. Once launched, He/She will seamlessly hand over the business to the Customer Service and Demand/Supply Planning teams. Manage North Asia SC execution as a receiving unit:

• Manage new item set up for items introduced to the North Asia cluster via UL International through coordination with MDM, Finance, local and strategic SC, Procurement, brand and CD.

o Comfortable navigating Unilever support systems to provide logistic information for UI clusters.

• Partner with cluster Brand Building and Customer Development to validate volumes and business case for new sourcing.

• Build and maintain innovation timeline with inputs from broader project team, holding cross-functional team members accountable for on-time delivery of their tasks to ensure key milestones are achieved OTIF

• Support monthly NPD calls with UI Senior Leadership and UINA cross functional team to evaluate risk and escalate where necessary
