Provide SME support for design and execution of all validations including but not limited to CSV, Equipment qualification, Facility qualification, Lane qualification, Temperature Control Standard requirements etc.








Duties and Responsibilities:







Responsible for quality oversight for validation of controlled ambient pack-out & transportation lanes changes.






Responsible for Quality management of pack-out process.






Initiate and execute validation studies throughout the facility.






Interact with all levels of management and staff to manage and facilitate the validation process from inception to completion by enlisting cooperation, support and approval for identified validation projects.






Plan, schedule and organize validation projects for new and existing areas, including labelling processes, plant systems, and equipment.






Provide support for projects as required.






Identify necessary internal and external resources for completion of validation projects and secure the necessary support from all stake holders.






Interface extensively with the all stake holders, Operations and other departments to identify projects and problems requiring validation support.






Plan and assign priorities to ensure critical projects meet required deadlines.





Develop and implement all necessary Standard Operating Procedures for validation of facility, processes, equipment qualification, computer system validation. Lead for the planning and execution of IQ/OQ/PQ and validation campaigns as well as review the protocols for process validation, equipment qualification and computer system validation to ensure compliance as per J&J standards and applicable regulatory requirements.




Coordinate validation and IQ/OQ/PQ activities with all stake holders including outside contractors providing leadership, training and guidance.




Monitor and support the execution of the protocols through training, facilitating and problem solving activities.




Review and analyze data generated from validation activities.




Write validation final reports that present, summarize and offer conclusions on the validity of the process based on the results of the analysis as required. Coordinate the facility qualification program by providing support for preparing the protocols, monitoring the execution, auditing the results and assisting production in resolving any identified problems.




Recommend validation strategies, priorities and resources.




Ensure accuracy and integrity of protocols, reports and documentation generated to meet J&J and applicable regulatory requirements.









Quality Management Systems







Responsible for design and execution of validation strategy including but not limited to CSV, Equipment qualification, Facility qualification, Lane qualification, Warehouse Management Systems etc.








Compliance







Responsible for participating in Internal Quality audits, audits of transportation suppliers and 3PLs associated with the DC.

Provide support for the Qualification of distribution, logistics, transportation, and material suppliers.

Qualifications






A Master/ Bachelors degree (B.S.) in engineering, science, mathematics or statistics is required.




A minimum of 6 - 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience in medical device industry is preferred.




Demonstrated knowledge and experience in quality, validation &/ operations function.




Task oriented with proven experience in the delivery high quality work.




Fluency in English language required.




Strong communication skills.

The Regional Regulatory Leader Asia Pacific (AP) (Associate Director) is a member of the Global Regulatory Affairs organization. products. The position is accountable for leading and providing regulatory strategic input for assigned products.


The position:



Is accountable for leading and providing region or country strategic input into the global regulatory strategy and identifying regional requirements for successful regulatory filings for new products/indications, including the opportunity for placement of clinical trials within the region.


Ensures (either directly or through staff) that product variations, including labeling changes, supplements, amendments, Product License Renewals are effected in the region. Furthermore, this position provides regional affiliates with timely responses to Health Authority enquiries and gives general regulatory support to all affiliates in the region for the pharmaceutical sector business. This support includes J&J global products as well as licensed products (global, regional, and local) and regional/local developed products.


Ensures that interactions with local/regional manufacturing sites are managed.


Manage interactions with manufacturing sites as required to ensure the availability of proper standard export packaging components for product registration.


Will work with regulatory policy professionals as well as local affiliates to keep track of changes in country regulatory requirements and provide regulatory intelligence to regional management and head office. This support includes J&J global products as well as licensed products (global, regional, and local) and regional/local developed products.


Will ensure adequate preparation for health authority meetings, and will need to attend and provide presentations to health authorities, where necessary.


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:


Provides direction for the activities related with assigned oncology products. Works with regional management, head office-based team members (e.g. Strategic Implementation Leader) and local operating companies to define and implement the regional and local strategy for assigned oncology products.


Is accountable for the development of the regional regulatory strategy and ensures the implementation of multi-national /regional regulatory and strategies that optimize development, registration, and lifecycle management of new and marketed products, taking into consideration current and proposed changes in regulatory requirements and standards.


Regulatory Strategy and Expertise


Understands regional and local requirements and advises the Global Regulatory Team (GRT) and Compound Development Team (CDT) on applicable regulatory requirements, guidelines and processes, region-specific regulatory issues with impact on the product strategy or deliverables. Keeps up-to-date on understanding of regional/regulatory environment.


Participates as a standing member of the project related GRT; supports the GRT by providing strategic regional input into compound development, registration and life cycle management.

Qualifications



EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE





Minimum of bachelors degree or equivalent in pharmacy or life-science or health-related discipline.




Minimum of 8-10 years of overall experience (7+ years relevant pharmaceutical industry and regulatory experience) OR Masters/PharmD and 6+ years; PhD and 4+ years.




Hands on experience in pharmaceutical product registration in AP countries and familiarity with AP regulatory systems and product registration requirements. Previous experience in preparing documents for health authority submissions (Clinical Trial Application, Chemistry & Manufacturing, and /or Registration dossiers)




Biologic and/or personalized medicine experience in Oncology disease areas is highly desirable

Ensure all BRAVO submissions are completed timely and accurately via Bravo App/GTM1.


Prepare quarterly latest thinking Zero GP for the sourcing companies.


Prepare budget LR4 report for submission to CFC team for consolidation.


Prepare commentaries for Budget versus Forecast Analysis.

Qualifications



A minimum of a BA/BS degree is required in Accounting, Finance, or other business discipline.


Minimum 5 years working experience which includes at least 2 years of working experience in reputable audit firms/ Big 4.


Sarbanes Oxley experience is preferred. CIA, CPA, CMA, CFA or CISA preferred.


Possess excellent analytical, technical (e.g. Accounting, MS Excel), conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills.


Good understanding of accounting principles for financial reporting.


Experience in using Cognos/TM1 applications preferred.


Advanced software skills in spreadsheet preferred.
