As an Events and Admin Executive, the candidate is responsible in the following areas:
1. Fundraising

Coordinate and manage CSR/Volunteer/Donor events
Source for donations & volunteers and maintain positive relationship with current donors & volunteers
Propose and carry out online fundraising campaigns
Outreach to expand network of donors & volunteers
Liaison for visits by Educational institutions for Value in Action Projects
Management of Donation Boxes including placements, collections and      recordings of donations
Management / coordination of Donations-In-Kind.
Update of Social Media platforms for Disability Care
Submission of Volunteer and Donation Reports

2. Other Responsibilities

Attendance of monthly executive meetings which may include minute      writing

Requirements
• Minimum 1- 3 years of related experience

1. BROAD FUNCTION

2. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 CLINICAL
2.1.1 Utilizes appropriate assessment techniques to evaluate functional ability and safety in activities of daily living, cognition, perception, work, leisure and social skills.
2.1.2 Works as part of a multi-disciplinary team. This will include attending consultation with the clients, their family, ward staff and other outside agencies.
2.1.3 Maintains accurate and timely client records.
2.1.4 Instructs and supervises OT assistant in carrying out occupational therapy intervention.
2.1.5 Other tasks/duties assigned by Senior Occupational Therapist/Medical Care Manager.

2.2 PROFESSIONAL
2.2.1 To practice occupational therapy in a safe, and ethical manner. Practice should reflect consideration of socio-cultural values of the client, and family and significant others.
2.2.2 Confidentiality: maintain absolute confidentiality in matters pertaining to the organization/department/clients. Clients records are always to be maintained in order to maintain the privacy of clients.
2.2.3 Be responsible for own’s learning.
2.2.4 Participates in occupational therapy meetings, in-service training.
2.2.5 Responsible for training the OT assistants.
2.2.6 Be responsible for OT students on internship within the organization.
2.2.7 To liaise with external services, statutory bodies and other VWOs as appropriate/when necessary.

2.3 ADMINISTRATION DUTIES
2.3.1 Keep accurate statistics.
2.3.2 To take responsibility for the maintenance and replacement of equipment in the OT service.

Job Requirements

Worked in a geriatric set up, long term care institution, community care or nursing   home – an advantage but not essential
Basic diploma/degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
Post   graduate qualification/certification in ‘Gerontology’ – an advantage but   not essential
Full/Restricted registration with AHPC
