Job Scope

To assist the management in projects undertaken in the Company
Assist in the design, implementation and tracking of projects
Assist  in project management, and project administration documentation  including- timelines, meeting minutes, status reports, financial  reports, to ensure that projects are on-track and in compliance with  project plan
Assist with managing the creative and delivery  output process, including briefing client feedback to team members and  assist in managing delivery of key stages of work
Contribute to creative proposals with ideas, research and written presentations.
Perform and ensure value realization of ongoing projects
To develop and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders to drive  target business objectives
To undertake any additional tasks that the management may decide from time to time

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma in relevant studies
2 years’ experience in business management roles (HR, Finance, IT etc)
Able to speak and write English
Experience in F&B Company preferred.
