Network Operations Manager

Primary Responsibilities

Act as hands-on technical manager to lead team of network engineers that provide operational support of a data network.

Manage, mentor, and train team members

Maintain key relationships both internally and with external partners.

Maintain SLA and internal/external customer satisfaction.

Own and operate the global production network with high performance and availability.

Manage ticket workflow for team of engineers.

Maintain and uphold network processes and procedures.

Identify and define opportunities for process improvement.

Experience with BGP, ISIS/OSPF, MPLS-TE.

Experience with Cisco and Juniper routing and switching platforms.

Familiarity with Linux and Windows Servers.

Familiarity with scripting language strongly desired but not required.

Experience with disaster recovery planning and execution.​

You’ll be working in the Robotic Process Automation team in Singapore – the team is part of the regional Service Delivery Transformation team for Group Operations APAC.
