JOB REQUIREMENTS

BA/BS degree
4+ years of experience in Workday HRIS System in setup, implementation, enhancement and maintenance for Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Time tracking, Security, Reporting (Simple, Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Birt etc), Learning and Integration Tools (Packaged Integrations, Workday studio, Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB), Document Transformation etc)
Knowledge and experience in applications and databases such as Active Directory, SAP etc

You spend time validating workforce data for a stakeholder, collaborating with them to ensure that the information extracted answers critical business questions.



Participate in meetings with stakeholders to capture analysis and reporting requirements.



Throughout the day, you are also looking after different core technology, whether it’s the implementation of new data sets into the workforce intelligence solution or validating new features or custom content that has been provided by the global HRIS teams.
