Data modeling in both SQL & NoSQL Databases

Programming experience in HANA XS using the various capabilities like graph engine, text search, predictive etc

Experience in Hadoop tool sets (HIVE, Spark, Kafka, MapReduce etc)

Exposure to machine learning (Tensorflow, Scikit–learn, MLlib etc)

Degree in Statistics, applied mathematics or operations research background is preferable

Very high proficiency in customer communications, presentations and demonstration is required.

Ability and willingness to undertake customer related travel on short notice.

Fluency in English is a MUST, any other language an asset.

Responsibilities

Set the vision & strategy for customer management marketing using all available customer insights & portfolio analytics

Lead the charge in driving greater marketing automation and personalization in our digital communications using marketing technology

Establish the strategy to scale our new customer engagement strategy across both existing and future products by mapping the customer journey based on segmentation

Develop the strategy to optimize our existing customer communications to drive greater engagement using customer insights, performance data, and a test & learn discipline

Manage Cross/up-sell across paid (GDN, Facebook and Linkedin) and owned (post-login banners, SMS, and eDMs) channels

Partner with regional data team to define campaigns targeting based on lookalike, predictive, or propensity models

Drive digital engagement to optimize month on book profitability by product and clients’ micro-segments

Oversee overall campaign planning and execution from a strategic perspective.

Define and present go-to-market strategy for new journey enhancements and features, partnering with digital usage and creative teams

Ensure that projects are effectively planned, managed and monitored

Qualifications

6 years in experience in marketing communications to a customer base

Advanced strategic thinking abilities, capable of taking disparate data to help guide your thinking

Creative thinking to inspire new thinking among the team

Experience in using leading digital platforms (e.g. Google, Facebook) to drive customer growth and retention strategies

In depth experience in digital messaging including email and in-app marketing

Advanced knowledge for marketing automation and personalization technology including Sales Force Marketing Cloud

Compelling communications skills to report on program performance & strategic plans, and influence key stakeholders

Strong ability to establish & nurture relationships with partners and collaborate for the best customer and business outcomes

Experience working in financial services is an asset

Education

Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Experience with data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

An independent, motivated self-starter who will take ownership of own learning and resources

Enthusiastic to work in a diverse, global team across geographies and timezones

Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Ability to speak Japanese/Korean is a plus

Applied experience with data mining and analytic methods such as Clustering / Cluster Analysis, Factor Analysis, Regression Models, Logistic Regression, Predictive Modeling, optimization models are a plus
