Provide guidance and help coordinate your team’s efforts with Business Development Reps and Product Specialists, who will have a “dotted-line” reporting relationship to you

Minimum Qualifications

At least 5-7 years of SaaS/enterprise sales management experience

Consistent track-record of achieving or surpassing your revenue targets over the past 3 years

Experience building, managing, leading and coaching successful sales teams

Both transactional and enterprise sales experience

Experience in carrying multi-million-dollar quotas

Ideally have sold products/solutions across the construction industry (end to end)

You have unparalleled communication skills. You quickly establish rapport with people and establish value
